CMOK is a private enterprise, aiming to help clinicians and managers with plugging the gaps in their professional life. CMOK plans to offer a collection of services, including clinical up skilling gap assessment, assistance with organising observerships for International Medical Graduates (project currently on hold in Queensland, due to QH initiatives), assessment of management skills deficits for clinician managers (and assistance with up skilling), and alternative career options and pathways for local medical graduates.
